The existing surgery had been extended over a number of years to accommodate a growing patient list and now requires a full redesign to provide consultation rooms that can satisfy the demand. The practice worked with us once they made the decision to extend, refurbish and remodel the building to future proof the practice whilst maximising the site.
The proposal sees the demolition of the previous extensions, highlighting the original police house whilst opening up this narrow site making it more parking accessible.
