Refurbishment and conversion to flats, Caistor. The building was in a conservation area and consisted of a basement level and a shell above ground capable of incorporating three floors.
The brief was to create a scheme that provided three new two bedroom flats over the floors as well as an internal central staircase in a relatively small footprint.
The first flat is split over the ground floor and half of the basement with the other half providing a store for each individual flat. The first and second floors are each made up of one flat with the second floor ceiling opened up to expose the roof structure.
